 About the role: 

As a Human Resources Administrator/Coordinator, you will provide an effective, efficient and professional HR service whilst maintaining data quality of documentation and employee records. You will work closely with management teams at Radius Care to support with various human resources administration activities and support the advisory team by providing guidance on HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Location: Radius Care Support Office, Level 4/56 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (flexible)

 Some duties include but not limited to: 

  • Manages the employment/HR inbox 
  • Maintains and updates employee records, including personal information, contracts and employment documentation
  • Audits HR records and systems for accuracy
  • Provides timely advice to managers and employees around HR/Payroll policies, employment agreements and variations in line with best practice and employment legislation
  • Liaises with Payroll on all employment changes
  • Actively participates in HR projects and initiatives such as wellbeing programmes, employee engagement surveys, and other HR-related efforts.
  • Manages the offboarding process 
  • Creates and updates organizational charts on a quarterly basis
  • Assists in collating reports on key metrics and provides analysis around key themes and trends (exit interviews, new hire surveys etc)
  • Finds ways to simplify or streamline processes
  • Supports the wider People team with administration as required

 To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • Either a relevant degree (HR, Management, Business, Law or Psychology ) or at least one years’ experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with New Zealand's employment laws and regulations, as well as Immigration law
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, which may include HRIS (Human Resources Information System), payroll software, and applicant tracking systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
